Yes. But the superior authorities of nations are sanctioned by God. They are placed in their relative positions by God. And we are to be in relative fear of them. But what about the false shepherds or wolves in sheep's clothing? They take on the role as kings of the Earth but are no wise sanctioned for it. Think ONE leader The Christ.
