God's Word holds prophesies that God knows WILL come true. So God telling about lethal weapons of war in the time of the end has nothing to do with God's will or God's won't about weapons of war.
But once God utters a saying it will come true. That means God does not hope for a world without weapons like some humans do and should. We are not to be like God at all who did not hope for a world without killing machines.
