Provocation 1 Cor 13:5

Action or speach that makes someone annoyed or angry especially deliberately.

The faithful and discreet slave who professes to be the only one in the world telling the truth says Paul wrote "love is not provoked".  They adopted Christiandom's understanding of it so now that's the way it is.

Love is not provoked means when love is provoked it does not get angry.  Other Bibles say love is not "easily angered".

The besy way to be love then is to get away from all the people.  It is probably the only way.

Paul really said love does not provoke which means love does not act in a way that deliberately causes unrest in another.

Isaiah 42:2,3

"He will not raise his voice....no crushed reed will he break"

What does no crushed reed will he break mean?

He is love who does not cause another one to be angry.

You know...like....on purpose?
