Endure to the end

Endure is the opposite of forsake.

"Not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together" Hebrews 10:25

Matthew Henry said it right.  This you can find at the Bible Hub "Parallel Commentaries" on the page for scripture Parallel after what all the Bibles say.  He did say something little about the actual meeting together.  (quote) "believers should consider how they can be of service to each other".  (unquote) This can be done best together with a person or as they have changed it to with other PEOPLE. (There is no personal encouragement in the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses. - all consolation and reassurance is by the book.  Everyone in trouble or hurting gets the same advice which advice is found in the Watchtower magazines.....like reading them isn't good enough).

Some of the Bibles say "meeting together at meetings".  Some even say not forsaking "our" assemblies.  That is assuming God is there too.  Right?

God is here!  Come meet with us!  That is what people have made "do not forsake gathering together" to mean.  But why would I gather together with people who are not being drawn by God?

Draw close to God and God will draw close to you.  James 4:8

The people of the gathering that taught me the Bible claim "enduring to the end" means keeping all the regulations coming from the faithful and discreet slave, the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses until I die or until God's New Earth appears for us.  Then there will be "new books" open.  So I suppose the enduring in what their books say will be changed to enduring in what the new books say.

He who has endured to the end is the one who will be saved (Matthew 24:13) means the endurance for being drawn to God, with God.

Many have stopped being drawn as they are enjoying their rest or their presumed peace and security at their oasis of Church Doctrine.
