What does the Great Crowd come out of?
The great tribulation is not a period of time that has a beginning and an end date.
The great tribulation describes the World that has not followed the Fine Shepherd to the peace described at Psalm 23.
To "come out" of it means to listen to what the Spirit says to the congregation. The congregation is the great crowd.
