10:For He sees even the wise ones die Together the stupid one and the unreasoning one perish
And they must leave to others their means of maintenance
11:Their inner thought is that their houses will continue forever and every generation proclaims the name above
the land.
12:And a precious man will NOT endure, he is like the beasts that perish
13: This is the way of those who are confident (loins*) the hind part their words approve.

*Here is where some have translated it stupidity. Confidence IS NOT STUPID, But when before the THRONE of GOD confidence IS stupid, I hope that needs to go unsaid.
