Because if you know something it's true and can't be knocked down. If you believe something, it might not be true ergo it can be knocked down. Believe it or not i have a friend (not my Bible friend) that just might believe if he she it gets knocked down, just won't believe it, but will imagine the world knocked down with him her it and then still standing tall. Honest to goodness. I could be wrong.
In Bible speak one can be "doing" something but not appear to be doing it, and "saying" something but with no sound. I think so.
