I think no one will ever know who it is. That is why it is a question. The Bible is the message. Joseph said "to God belongs the interpretation" (Genesis 40:8). To believe a man or a group of men possess the right to interpret the Word is to be calling him god. That is bad for the earth. Did Jesus die for nothing?
And if the Governing Body actually was granted that privilege, can you really believe they are DISCREET? They call themselves the "John Class". Tradition has it that John was the one who Jesus loved (13:23).
Also he wrote part of the Bible. And he was granted a vision of the future the likes of Daniel, Ezekiel, David, and the Prophets. His vision is coming true, evidence that he was from God. Seek Jehovah.
