I believe the purpose of the Word is that it does not. Heaven is Earth's observer. I am sure the observers that are observing from Heaven will not all pass away. But I have been a witness to the unfortunate event that the help from Heaven has passed away. It is not Heaven's fault. Can Earth hope to have back Heaven's help? I think yes, it can.
