And if Jesus is the leader and teacher. One Leader. (Ephesians 4:4-6) One teacher. (Matthew 23:10) Then The Word is Leader and Teacher.
To teach and to lead the word must be heard the way it was intended. Right?
Did Jesus say "make" disciples? If he did then he must share the tribulation that has and does come with that. Are you sure the making of disciples comes with no tribulation? I am thinking of the Aztecs. Who are you thinking of? Not thinking, huh?
What about the finding of diciples? What does that come with? JOY! It comes with joy. I am so happy you love me enough to find me! I am honored that you welcome me into the gathering of you together! I am delighted in the baptism of love! I am strengthed to know you will stay with me to teach me! I will stay with you because you are KIND.
But the making of disciples is not kindness. It is work. And there is no other way to do it but by teaching regulations, hoping the disciple (your disciple) will adopt them.
