Pun intended. But not on purpose. Is there a difference? Does it matter?
The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society or Jehovah's Witnesses have prophesied that false religion will be destroyed. The trick is how can false religion be removed without removing true religion with it? I don't know.
But here is why I call it "tricks". It is the study of the Bible that leads to it's understanding. Only those people without an agenda can get the real picture of it without distortion. And there are people like that. The trick the Watchtower plays is indeed it is getting falsehoods exposed but in the process of it they are embarrassing their own people because they teach their own people the Bible wrong.
The best way to describe what is happening in my opinion that isn't always so humble is the gathering of Baal worshippers described at 2 Kings 10:20-28 Was it not Jehu who gathered them?
15Now when he had departed from there, he met Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him; and he greeted him and said to him, “Is your heart right, as my heart is with your heart?” And Jehonadab answered, “It is.” Jehu said, “If it is, give me your hand.” And he gave him his hand, and he took him up to him into the chariot. 16He said, “Come with me and see my zeal for the LORD.” So he made him ride in his chariot. 17When he came to Samaria, he killed all who remained to Ahab in Samaria, until he had destroyed him, according to the word of the LORD which He spoke to Elijah.

baal means among other things archer (Revelation 6:2), babbler (2 Timothy 4:3), captain (Matthew 24:45), chief man (1 Timothy 3:1-7), confederate (1 Corinthians 12:13), have to do (every JW must be a publisher of their "good news"), dreamer (and every publisher who endures in publishing Watchtower doctrine is rewarded everlasting life on paradise Earth.
Also, it was Jehu who destroyed false religion in Israel, just like the Witnesses claim to have started by exposing false religion's errors "She has fallen, Babylon the great has fallen". They say that has already occurred.

Most Jehovah's Witnesses are decent folk who are trapped in an oppressive cult like organization the Watchtower society.
