What does it mean?

Near means not time.  It means the menace is close to being
able to carry out it's conquest.  Which was allowed by everybody
for different reasons.  So for them who believed the crazy man
they get to see it because they sought to see it.  For they who were
prophesied not to see it, they do not understand it, thus they call it
crazy.  Not the man, the thing.  It is wild.  Scary.  Funny too.
You DID believe him?  You may be imagining you did, or you
did, so what's your problem?

Why do I warn the air?
Very good question, but I don't know.
OR, I hate to shake the boat.

And I have been typing for a long, long time, I think everybody is all set.
I did try to warn them.  They showed me Borg.
I don't like Borg.  You did good to avoid Borg.  But they ARE funny.
