Do you throw away your old baked potatoes?
They look pretty bad, you throw them away.
Sometimes you must because they are way beyond gone.
But when in doubt cut them up, heat some oil, add some flavored
salt and spice, what you like, cook them in the oil and you don't
have to throw them away. Sometimes I get lucky and the heat
is just right so they get crispy. Very good! Cheap too.
