You can not know what the Bible says (or any other book) by what some else knows about it.
But that is what the Bible has become. The Bible that the world knows is a commentary about the bible.
The thoughts were written about power, I am sure, but fear, opinion, popularity, covetousness, misdirected loyalties, and loving what is bad has corrupted the message.
Now we are on the verge of collapse and the world is still leaning on error. Does nobody else wonder why?
