Power

The recipe for power begins with four ingredients LOVE JUSTICE WISDOM AND STRENGTH  OK I might be wrong.  It is very clear that the strength ingredient sometimes (in an imperfect world, most of the time) comes from numbers.  This is what spiritual equivalency (my made up word-I can do that) means, in this case the abstaining of BLOOD.  Do you know what I mean?  Maybe I'm not suppose to tell you.  (another stupid riddle).
